I’m an experienced Reiki Healer based in

Solihull and a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing.

 

Through my practice I work with

patients to promote well-being of the body,

Your Reiki Session

During a session, a Reiki practitioner will gently move their hands above or on the client's clothed body in a series of hand positions. Each hand position is held for around 3 to 10 minutes, or depending on the client's needs.

I was a bit sceptical about trying Reiki, thinking it

may be a waste of money and I hadn’t really even

got time for the session. When I got there Anita

was really friendly and I felt relaxed even before we started the actual session. During the session I

saw lots of colours and I thought Anita was pressing on my body some of the time, but she wasn’t.

That was just the flow of energy.

I felt really thirsty afterwards and was advised to drink lots of water to flush out toxins. 

I’ve had a few sessions now and I feel like I am starting to have a different out look on life and am definitely more relaxed about everything.

Anita is a gem! I was really struggling with stress

and lack of sleep and a friend recommended Reiki with Anita. We had a brief chat before the treatment but I wasn’t up for talking much so we more or less

got right to it. The session was really relaxing I could feel where Anita’s hands were, although she didn’t touch my body, it was like a tingling warm sensation.

As soon as the session had finished, I burst into tears! Anita congratulated me on this and said that’s good

as it’s just an energy release. We then had a chat about what had been bothering me and I felt so

much better afterwards.

That night I slept for seven hours which was so much better than the four or five I had been experiencing. This dropped again after about two weeks, but I have had more sessions and my sleep seems to have stabilised at between seven and eight hours a night.
